Appearance expanded

In the Feb. 2 update, we introduced two new appearance enhancements.

First, we introduced a new skin that puts the navigation on the right and the Google ads on the left.

Next, we added to the number of styles:

adventure
bears
broncos
bulldogs
clouds
college
cowboys
crayons
default
dragons
eagles
fall
mustangs
nature
paw
rams
soldiers
tiger
tiger2
vikings

We have plans for additional changes here, as well.
